Battery 621 is much more than a building; it's an entirely new way of looking at business partnerships, social outreach, environmental sustainability and engaging clients with products and services.
Utilizing what proved to be undiscovered territory in the workplace, in connecting several uniquely gifted companies, our tenants create so much of the atmosphere that continues to engage us in propelling forward as the environment people want to build a community within. The collaboration that occurs in a simple "hello" pouring our morning coffee or in pulling out of the parking lot makes our model a celebration of success. Interested to see if you would be a nice attribution to our Battery community check out some of our current tenants.

Cowtown BBQ is a designed for picnics and would actually be perfect for a rooftop event. It is designed to be a more affordable option with minimal staffing and all disposable items. The average per person pricing for our Cowtown and the size of your venue is going to be $13.50 to $14.50 per person for the most basic service which is a 1 hour set up, two hour buffet, and 30 minute breakdown. http://www.threetomatoes.com/cowtown-barbeque-catering/
Cowtown BBQ catering is designed for picnics and less formal events like I mentioned, however, a lot of couples will convert it into a full on catering adding additional staff, including bartenders and enough for setup and breakdown to make it conducive for a wedding. The only drawback is that they are set menus, but if you are open to barbeque, it is a delicious and more affordable option. After adding the correct staffing, time, etc., it usually comes out to around $35-$45 per guest. That includes the staff, administration fee and taxes.
